Layered is a Stockholm-based Swedish rug brand founded in 2015 by Malin Glemme, specializing in handwoven wool, jute, and sustainable rugs inspired by art, architecture, and fashion. Their collections feature clean geometries, subtle color gradients, and natural textures that nod to Swedish Grace’s neoclassical proportions and material elegance, perfect for layering in modern Nordic interiors. Layered introduced its “Swedish Grace” rug around 2020–2022, featuring geometric Art Deco shapes in bone white and oatmeal tones, drawing directly from the Swedish Grace era’s refined motifs.
